Plain terms for using the Umbyrx bot and dashboard.

These terms cover your use of the Umbyrx Discord bot and the Umbyrx dashboard at umbyrx.xyz. By adding the Umbyrx bot to a server or signing in to the dashboard, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who can use Umbyrx

You must follow Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. To add or configure the bot in a server, you need the appropriate permissions in that server (typically Manage Server). You are responsible for how the bot is used in servers you manage.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Umbyrx to break Discord's rules or any applicable law.
• Do not abuse, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the bot or dashboard.
• Do not use the moderation or messaging features to harass people or send spam.

We may remove the bot from a server or restrict access if the service is misused.

Availability

Umbyrx is provided as is and as available. It is in active development and may change, break, or be unavailable at times. We do our best to keep it running but do not guarantee uptime, and we are not liable for losses that result from downtime, bugs, or data loss. Features may be added, changed, or removed.

Your data

What the bot stores and why is described in our Privacy Policy. Using Umbyrx means you also accept that policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Umbyrx grows. Material changes will be announced in the Discord support server. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
