Umbyrx

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 20 September 2026

Umbyrx stores only what it needs to run the features you turn on.

This policy explains what the Umbyrx Discord bot and its web dashboard collect, why, and how to have it removed. Umbyrx is designed to be minimal: it does not sell data, does not use third-party advertising or tracking, and does not read message content it does not need for a feature you have enabled.

What we collect

What we do not collect

Why we store it

Data is stored solely to provide the bot's features: to remember your settings, keep moderation history, power leaderboards and leveling, and run tickets and other modules you switch on. Turning a module off stops new data being collected for it.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while the bot is in your server and the related feature is in use. When the bot is removed from a server, its data for that server is no longer used and can be deleted on request. To request deletion of a server's data, or your personal data, contact us through the Discord support server and tell us the server involved so we can locate the records.

Data sharing

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (hosting and a managed PostgreSQL database) solely to operate the service. It is not shared for any other purpose.

Changes

We may update this policy as Umbyrx grows. Material changes will be announced in the support server. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
