Whether you have a question about setting up a module, found a bug, want to request a feature, or need help with your server configuration, the support server is the best place to reach the team and other users. We read every message there and aim to respond quickly.

Join discord.gg/75UADeZg4K and post in the support channels. For account or privacy requests (for example, deleting your data), open a ticket or message the staff directly in the server, and reference the server the request relates to so we can find the right records.

What to include

• The server (guild) name or ID your question is about.
• The module or command involved.
• What you expected to happen, and what actually happened.
• Any error message the bot or dashboard showed.
