Before you ask

Three things answer most questions faster than we can:

What to include

The more of this you bring, the faster it gets sorted:

The server name or ID the question is about.
The command or module involved.
What you expected to happen, and what actually happened.
Any message the bot or the dashboard showed you.

The Error Logs page on the dashboard lists recent errors for your server, which is usually the quickest way to find the message worth pasting.

Bugs and requests

Both go in the support server. Bugs get looked at in the order they land; requests get weighed against what is already planned. Umbyrx is built by one person, so an honest no is more likely than a slow yes.

Privacy and data requests

Ask in the support server and name the server involved so the right records can be found. What is stored and why is in the privacy policy.
